This service is for already established patients who have previously had an initial evaluation, and/or maintenance patients.
Initial Assessment
This appointment includes a thorough evaluation and assessment, as well as a review of findings of the chief complaint.
Re-Evaluation
This service is for if you have not been seen for 3 months and/or are presenting for evaluation of new condition.

Dry Needling
30 minures - $55.00 for those wishing to ONLY receive dry needling services. Please be aware an initial assessment is required before performing this service.
