Join us and a small group of postpartum women where we will work to build strength postpartum with an expert in fitness and postpartum recovery. Class is limited in size to allow for one-on-one attention and to create a community of women all working toward the same goal. Exercises will be adapted and modified based on level of fitness and length of time postpartum.

This is a 10 week course that meets Saturdays at 11:30 am in Bethesda, MD (same building as the clinic).

Join Octavia Haynes, founder of O.H. Fitness. She has been working in the fitness industry since 2013. Her biggest goal throughout her career has been to change the way exercise and movement impacts her clients' lives. After experiencing the pregnancy and recovery process for herself she decided to shift my focus to supporting moms.   

Octavia holds a BS in Exercise Science, an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer certification, and a Pronatal Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist certification.
