  • Initial Assessment and Treatment - We will assess your chief complaints and take a thorough intake of your health history to help diagnose and plan an appropriate treatment for you and your condition(s) then you will receive a treatment.
  • After your treatment, the provider will discuss with you the prognosis and treatment plan moving forward.
